Placing:

Generally it is seen that concrete is not placed within the stipulated time at the place of placement. Once when water is mixed to the dry ingredients, then within one hour the concrete should be placed at the required location. When the concrete is mixed at site, often it is seen, it takes more than two to three hours to place that batch of concrete. Due to this the concrete has already started setting & further disturbance affects the strength of the concrete. We can lay only 2000 to 2500 sqft. of area in a day.
At CRSons RMC, the concrete thus made at the batching plant is poured to the desired locations within two hours of making. This is done with high pressure & efficient concrete pumps. These pumps push the concrete at all the heights & lengths, as desired. The wastage by placing the concrete thru these pumps is practically zero. Whereas if we see at site, where concrete is placed by normal mixing machines, there is lot of wastage of concrete.
