Transportation:

Generally transportation of concrete from mixer is done either by head load or by trolleys. This is a very slow process. The progress of doing concrete becomes very slow by this method. Whereas at CRSons RMC the concrete is transported thru highly efficient transit mixers. The drum mixer is rotated all thru out the distance to prevent early setting of the concrete. The temperature of concrete is controlled in this method. The mixer is covered with gunny bags & is kept wet through out the transportation during peak summer seasons. At CRSons RMC up to 8 cum can be transported in a single transit mixer. This makes transportation of large volume of concrete to be transported in a shortest possible time, at the place of concreting.
