Mixing :

Proper mixing decides the quality of concrete. The ingredients should be mixed uniformly. The mix should have all the ingredients in desired quantity & mixed for that much of time, such that the mix gets uniform color. Hand mixing is not a proper method of mixing the raw materials of concrete. The mixing is not uniform with this method. In mixing machine, generally seen at the sites, also does not mixes the ingredients properly. The duration of rotation is very important. The water added in both the cases is not to the required quantity. Extra quantity of water in concrete is always dangerous to concrete. In CRSons RMC, the mixing of ingredients is done thru computer controlled mixers, where speed & duration of rotation is controlled by computer. Thus giving a uniform mix in the whole batch of mix.
